  • Order processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. If there are delays or incidents, the customer will be notified in a timely manner.
  • Rejection of orders: We reserve the right to refuse orders that contain incorrect or fraudulent information or that violate our internal verification and security policies.
  • Heat sensitive products: Our products, being mostly Colombian candies, may melt, deteriorate or present visual alterations during shipment, especially in warm seasons or long routes. This risk is informed to the customer and does not constitute a reason for automatic reimbursement.
  • Product information: Some products have a short best-before date. This information is clearly communicated by means of:
    • Visible labels in the online store
    • Publications in social networks
    • Audiovisual materials or detailed descriptions
  • Acceptance of conditions: By making a purchase, the customer accepts all the conditions set forth in this policy. We do not make forced sales or manipulate purchasing decisions.
  • Damage during shipment: We are not responsible for natural deformations caused by heat or transport conditions in confectionery, as this is beyond our logistic control.
