  • We do not accept returns for sanitary and hygienic reasons.
  • Exceptional cases: If your order arrived damaged, incorrect or in bad condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including:
    • Clear product photos
    • Order number
    • Brief description of the problem
  • Case review: We will evaluate each case individually. If applicable, a refund or reshipment of the product will be made at no additional cost to the customer.
