Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing and packaging of your order. During periods of high order volume, processing time may be extended up to a maximum of 6 business days.

Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

We primarily use USPS as our courier service. Please note that delivery times are estimates and delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

United States: Delivery in 3 to 6 business days.

Shipment Responsibility
Candy's Paradise is not responsible for any inconvenience once the order has been delivered to the USPS, including, but not limited to:

Damaged or incomplete packages.

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Packages marked as delivered but not received.

Lost or delayed packages.

For this type of situation, please file a claim directly with the USPS (USPS.com).

Please note that our products are perishable and may be damaged or melt during shipping, especially in hot climates.
By making a purchase, you accept this risk. Candy's Paradise is not responsible for products that arrive melted or damaged due to shipping conditions.

We do our best to inform our customers about these possible damages through our website, social networks and videos. Please consider this information before placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or replacements for products affected by shipping.
